The accomodation comprises: double bedroom with vanity unit and 1 twin bedroom, shower, kitchen with auto washing machine, fridge, microwave, sitting/dining room with colour television and wood/coal burning stove providing central heating and large enclosed garden area.

Cottage Information:

• The cottage is available from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure
• A non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable on booking, with balance due 6 weeks before arrival
• One small well-behaved dog welcome
• One bag of coal supplied (extra can be bought from farm on request)
• Electricity by meter reading
• Bed linen provided
  
• The cottage should be left in the condition in which it is found. Any damage to the Cottage or its contents must be paid for before departure.
